Almost Maine is a dramatic play about falling in love and falling out of love. It is similar to the movies, Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve. It will be performed at Matthews Auditorium on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week at 7:00 PM.
“[It is] a play that takes place in Almost, a small city in the state of Maine, and about different couples and their love lives,” said Grace Weir, the student director.
The premiere of this play is tonight. The thespians have been working very hard to put on a great show.
“The kids work hard on lines, but it wasn’t just the lines that we focused on. . . When you’re on stage performing, it’s much more than the lines. It’s about conveying that awkward pause,” said Mr. Thiel, the technical director.
